What do you mean?
To plug a wideband o2 sensor to the g40 digi ecu? It won't work...
Buy a new stock one...

But if whe plug the narrow end to the ecu it candidature work ?
Bosch lsu 4.2 have 2 ending, one for wideband gauge ansd one to ecu.

I think the usual thing to do is to leave the standard narrowband lambda connected to the ECU and fit a 2nd wideband probe into the exhaust if you want a wideband gauge. 

The narrowband output some wideband gauges have isn't supposed to be quite the same as the standard narrowband probe.
