I hope you do get this to the RR day Nick, can't wait to see what it makes.

I don't suppose you have any pictures of the sump baffles do you?

Looks spot on. Nice to see the project nearing to an end. I say end, its clearly not the end but more a major milestone. Well done

Whilst i get a decent chip setup for the red top injectors, i've been taking it easy off boost with the stock injectors and Mr Lawrence chip. All i can say is this could be a dangerous weapon with a turbo strapped to it, damn rampant off boost ;D
Head work is so good I'll be lucky to see past 11 psi with the 40 :o

Yep, this is the one i've been accumulating bits for since my saloon got wrote off in August '06. It'll be over in West Yorks on Tuesday for a custom stainless exhaust then hopefully in for a rolling road mapping session in a couple of weeks. Been a long while, but well worth the wait 8)

have you had this on a rolling road yet Nick?  Also, will it be putting some appearances in at shows this year?  ;D

Looks freakin sweet that mate.

Be interested to know what sort of boost pressures you're showing once you've run it in. Mine shows 8psi on the gauge with a seemingly identical spec and made 167bhp at aldon.

Who did your head work? Impulse?

2011 REFIT

Got a few changes planned for the mk2 this year basically to get the most out of the 1.5 ;D

Finally have my Quaife fitted now in a serviced G40 box to help keep the power down. Really impressed with the smoothness compared to the hardcore Gripper plate diff.

A charger upgrade in the form of a G werks serviced blower

And my OZ rim replacements finally arrived this week. These will be getting treated to some softer rubber for track use.

A subframe will come later in the year too once the new compression is plumbed in and running right.

And if I can get from this

to anywhere near to this at the end of it all, I'll be a happy chap 8)

What sort of power are you hoping for Nick?

Wheels were a bit of a stumble across, had planned on a new set of OZ Superturismo GT's originally. Whilst looking at photos of those fitted to cars, I noticed the Speedline Comp 2's fitted to quite a few 106 Rallyes. Then when I found out they did them in 4x100 as well as 4x108 the choice was made ;D

Max, scope for power output will be about 220 bhp i reckon, just depends on how this schrick cam works with the higher boost.
