Title: Best camshaft for a garrett 2554r turbo

Hi every one my name is Manuel and im a recent member here,im writng from Portugal and i purchased e few months a polo G40 turbo,with a garrett 2554r turbo,dbilas 272/264 camshaft,forged pistons etc..
There isnt much information avalaible here in Portugal,and i was wondering if some one could tell me what camshaft would be suitable  for lower rmp boost?Ive noticed that the 3f cams seem to be popular with the larger turbos,could some share some light,cheers.

Has anyone used 3f camshaft on a garrett 2554r turbo,could you share the results you had.
