Title: Accralite Piston rings

Are all 77mm piston rings the same?
the price for new Accralite rings is insane! might as well buy new pistons and sell mine!
Could i order other 77mm rings and they fit my accralites?
i havnt measured mine with a feeler gauge but i plan on replacing them regardless during my engine rebuild (have a fair amount of pressure through the crankcase breather) and the car has had a hard life so they will more than likely be worn

If i sell mine how much would they be worth?

wow damn thats expensive! I bought a set of just the rings and i swear it was around £80 ill dig out the invoice later

ive just dug the invoice out i paid £73.47 for a set of four, the part number is RS07700-xx-5 ordered them on the 17/9/10

Ah man! That price would be lush! Is that for 1341cc pistons? Forged?
I'm wondering if they screwed up or something? Does that price include oil control ring?
