Looking for control arms, fella at allgermanparts wasn't convinced the standard arm for a 90-94 polo was the same as for a G40.
Any tips on where might stock them, and if it will be compatible for a g40?
Standard polo arms fit but a very poor choice. Original arms are obsolete? Look at PPP site on here for what you really need.
PPP aren't recommended for road use.
I'm actually in the process of buying the Febi-bilstein TCA (for non G40) from allgermanparts as you say, then Glader nylons on the outer, and powerflex on the inner. I don't know, but I see now reason why this won't be as good, if not better than standard G40 TCA, which are probably quite worn by now...
GLaderseite do sell some G40 rosejointed TCA's
I found G40 controll arms at VW classic parts webshop!
