There are some proper idiots about. I wouldnt worry about it and report it to the mods if you want. Might calm him down from doing it to anyone else. Is it a newbie?

I had a guy asking me on there last week if the £50 I was selling a steering wheel for included postage, I replied and said no it didnt, so he replied the next day saying "he would take it for £35 posted". I told him I'm sure he would be not at that price! Cheeky beggers they are some people.

to be fair you get time wasters all the time when selling cars.  Just something you have to put up with.  What doesn't help club polo with things like this is that there are so many pretty young people on there since so many people get basic polos for a first car.

It always seems to be the same on there. Endless questions that have most likely been answered in the actual 1st post!  I hate the people who always go 'will this fit.............' when it obviously states what it'll fit.

ANything i sell goes on here 1st, clubpolo 2nd and then the dreaded ebay last!

You cant have a thread without an argument breaking out! Its not mods that place needs, its a web based shotgun!

yeah club polo is hard work selling things, "do you have a picture" that one drives me mad!

But it has to be said the problem club polo has is its own success, there are alot of good members, but the retarded ones seem to reign...

no don't be scared to post, we all started out with zero knowledge of cars. engines and g40s but build up knowledge over the years by asking questions, some of which are pretty daft...

Yeah don't be afraid to ask chaps/chapesses, my knowledge of anything remotely technical is shocking!
But I find this place the best place to ask as you know you will always get a detailed and correct answer  :)
