my polo is currently standard ride hight, and i was just wondering if i could lower it 80mm all around and have 13x 7 alloys without having it rub?

Depends on MANY factors mate, are your arches standard, what size tyres, what wheel offset, contents of the car, driving style. Many factors.

yea the arches are standard and the off set is -7 and dont have any tyres on atm but i wanted them to be slightly stretched, i have got a sub in the boot and it is quite big and i never have anyone in the back
