Title: CO pot & Gearbox engine mount bracket (Side)
Post by: Etches on October 13, 2012, 06:20:31 PM
Mines not functioning as its reading no resistance at all. Need one ASAP really as my wideband is showing a very lean idle. I'm at gti fest tomorrow if anyone is going and has one spare

Cheers

No resistance whatsoever between any of the 3 pins?
If it's just the adjustable bit (pins 1&3?) that's bust, then you could wire in a 1K POT from RS/Maplins and adjust to suit. Shouldn't need more than 1k unless the map is quite far out.
If it's the thermistor pins too though then this won't much use of course

Right I still need another CO pot to give back to the Mrs and she also needs a GB engine mount bracket for the pass side .

Hers has what looks like a MK1 golf conversion bracket made up so if anyone wants any pics of that it would be good
