Going to be running forged rods when it gets rebuilt.. Found a decent price on a set of K1 rods for £467

Anyone know for any other decent rods for the same sort of price?

I bought a set of PEC H-section rods with wossner pistons. Deducting the price of the pistons alone from the rod and piston package the rods worked out at £100 each. Not horrendous IMO.

Yup worthwhile for anyone north of 200bhp who wants reliability.

These come with ARP hardware too. I'll let everyone know prices/numbers when he mails me back.

A group buy would be good.. I'm interested in prices and if they are as cheap if not cheaper than the k1's I'm in

Basically:

Steel Rods- £450
Wossners- £465
Steel Rods & Wossners- £820

All will be plus delivery, can get a further discount if there's 7+ people interested in individual components.

I should have done this earlier, I paid £486 for mine.... :'(

K1's are standard size and are from germany :)
