Title: PSD Eaton Kit - SOLD
Post by: AlexG40 on August 31, 2012, 08:09:59 PM
Due to a change of plan I have for sale a PSD Eaton kit.

Everything in this photo is included, Charger with PSD Brackets plus some extra bits that someone has put on at some point in order to aid stability once fitted, gaskets, outlets, inlet, small sections of Samco boost hose, modified engine mount to suit and toothed belt kit to run with a G40 engine:

Includes CNC machined outlet (far superior in terms of engineering to the PSD one but with a slightly smaller opening) and a spare tensioner pulley which will need some minor modification to fit (the original has split but is still functional).

I've never run this myself, but I have had it fully fitted to my engine to check alignment and fitting and it all lines up nicely. I think that someone has spent a bit of time on this kit since it was made to further improve it and it showed when I mocked it up.

Price is £400 o.n.o.  I can include the Eaton spec cam that I have for sale in another thread for £500 all in.

Collection is from J20 or J23 of the M1 or I can post at the buyers expense (this must weigh 10kg easy all in so get your pants down ready for a bumming from the Post Office if you want it posting.)

Any questions, please ask.

I assume that this is everything you need for the conversion other than a chip to suit?

Cheers

Depends how far you want to go...you need a chip, and ideally bigger injectors and a bigger I/C. But this should everything you need to get an Eaton in place of your G-Lader.
