just been re-quoted by flux and wanted to see how reasonable it was so was just wondering if i could get some idea of what other people are paying if you don't mind.
Im 23 , 4 years NCB, garaged overnight limited mileage to 5k a year, turbo conversion running 190hp ish £850 FULLY comp does this sound reasonable ??
-
Mine is, 25 years old, 3 year NCB, 10k a year, all mods declared approx 180bhp, not that it counts but 3 points, and mine is around £650. Mine is 3rd party F&T and there isnt much in price for fully comp. Think it was £700 fully comp.
Oh i with brentacre

Myself and my business partner can drive anything 24-7 fully comp (as long as we have a license for it), business or pleasure and list as many personal cars on the policy as we wish (MID). All we have to do is ring them and for-warn them if we're going to drive a vehicle over £100k (yet to make that phone call). Also covers up to £100k of cars in garage, £85k of tools, employers liabilty cover to £1m and public liability to £2m!
£2100 pa for 2 business partners and any member of staff over 21 (business use only) - Aviva
Makes you realise that regular car/bike insurance is a total rip off!!
-
here in Portugal i pay arround 200£ a year and includes window/windshield replacement in case of damage.
-
Thought i should add, just been shopping around for insurance, and just couldn't get less than £320
Guy from Adrian Flux said, £295 is the minimum premium alone for a modded car. So if you are in your 20/30's with good driving history and a modded G and paying north of £400 you should shop around!
