Almost 100% stock Polo G40, 110k on the clock MOT till Sept 12 (I can't see which it shouldn't sail through, will sort a new MOT ASAP) Tax till end October. Club G40 management team car, owned for past 5 years.
Rolling roaded twice - 115bhp at the fly (86 at wheels) and 95.6 at the wheels. – So pulling factory+ power.
Within past 500 miles new sport shocks, backbox, charger service and timing belt/waterpump/tappets.
Mechanically tip top really and all stock, nice factory green tinted windows, interior in pretty good nick)
History wise, original bill of sale, lots of receipts and stamped book up to 68k. Since i've had it, i've save and annotated every receipt over past 20k miles and i've serviced her every 3,000 miles.
So – Good points – mechanically very very good, interior sound, mileage not very high, all critical work has been done and should run sweet as a nut for a long time! standard means insurable as a classic - i pay about £240 and a mate with a standard one pays £150!
Bad points – bodywork aint the best (tornado red is hard to keep all same colour)- bonnet needs realigning, battery tray probably could do with welding before long (mk3 polos always go eventually!) and bottom of the door.The charger boosts really well but the scroll does have some wear (not that majority of people would ever find this out and better than a LOT i've been inside!) and the passenger mirror is wobbly! PS I'd rather be very critical to save anyone a trip!
Be sad to see her go, but i have a g40 turbo project and 2 golfs!

Paint on the bonnet looks to be very well cleaned/polished, who did that?
