Title: Oil feed and pressure switches
Post by: Ricky on June 23, 2012, 11:08:25 AM
Just about built my g40 up from a bare block and a boot full of unlabelled bolts and parts. Just wondering what the oil setup should be like on the back of the head, a photo would be great, I assumed the oil way nearest the cam pulley has the charger feed and high pressure sensor on? It's a j reg car.

Thanks boss, did those konis fit ok? Also wondered if the other hole has a sender in? Borrowed the oil feed adaptor off my g60 for a pressure gauge and sender

ah its you!

glad you found the way to the site.

Not fitted them yet - been away on me hols. Should be the same as the g60 - the oil feeds are the same.

The other hole on the head has a pressure sender (later ones have one boss, one sender adn different clocks but thats a different matter!)
