Hello chaps. I am able to supply (while stocks last) the gaskets that fit between the throttle body and the boost return Tee piece. VW do not list this gasket. They measure 47mm ID. I am also able to offer these for overbore 51mm throttle bodies, with the inlet gaskets to match respectively.
The gasket material is fairly thin almost the same as the standard green. I've given him some slightly thicker paper to make some more in case these don't suffice.
Can offer these for £3 each posted. If anybody needs one just drop me a pm.
Andy

You can see how accurate the copy is by the slight stagger on the gasket under the original.
Wheel Studs
I also have another batch of wheel studs available. Thought i'd try and keep all my products in one post ;)

Spec:
M12x1.5 (also M14 if anyone needs for a 5 studder).
12.9 Tensile (reduced slightly for cad plating)
Rolled threads.
These measure 65mm overall.
From the back of the shoulder to the end of the threads measures 40mm, the shoulder measures 5mm and is 12mm in diameter, so that the thread stops against it and gives it something to bite up against. 15mm threaded section into the hub, leaving a 5mm turned nose to help the thread start square-on and prevent cross-threading.
I have used a set of these studs from the first batch I had made. These had an even shorter unthreaded shoulder; circa 2mm. I ran these for several thousand miles on my MK1 golf unplated and copper slipped. I torqued them to 25 lb/ft and applied threadlock. I haven't had one come loose on me yet!
I have sold a few sets to various people and so far; touch wood, I have had no complaints. I sold a set to Ben - Polomon on the G40 forum; who was pleased with them. As far as im aware he hasn't had any issues with them.
Price
Due to the small volume production and the strive for a quality product capable of everyday use, but good enough for high performance work on the track. The cost of these is high and has increased with plating. I can offer these for:
£60 a set of 16.

And a shot of the M14 studs next to the M12's. These fit 5 stud VW's such as VR6 models etc.

These measure 80mm overall, 20mm threaded section in the hub. Price on these will be:
£85 a set of 20.
i'd take 51 if you do some
You have pm pete. Did you mean 51mm ID or 51 gaskets?
Think i may have misunderstood you there :D
51mm gasket for me please
right i'll get onto my mate regarding the 51mm gaskets. Prob more demand for these than stock!
yeah. let me know
Will be handy as im getting mine either polished or coated so will need one :)
Ill take a couple of 51mm ones
Right, got some 51mm ones for those needing.
These are slightly thicker paper than the first batch.
I'll take some!
Drop us a pm, Got 4 of the 51mm gaskets left. Will get some more cut asap. Trying to find a source for the paper in 1m square or ideally 1500mm square to make the process less labour intensive than setting the machine up for a 300mm square sheet.
I'll take one of the 51mm ones please.
You have pm.
Thanks,
Richard.
To all that have ordered I have posted these out today.
Can now offer the paper water pipe gaskets, these were obsolete last time I tried the Dealership. Also throttle body to inlets gaskets. These were taken from a GT template, not sure if the G40 type differs?
cheers, got my elbow one - very quick turnaround!
ETKA lists the wrong gasket for waterpipe - its a mk2 one (not sure if this is what you asked for).
For the 51mm throttles you may find that the gasket needs trimming (and top of inlet porting) to allow for flow of the 51mm throttle.
pete :-[
Yeah asked for the paper type not the rubber o ring as fitted on the 3F etc. I got one when I fitted my GF engine into my mk1 golf. a year later same part was not available. this was through an independant motor factors mind. Dealing with TPS I should imagine.
They've never got it wrong before though!
Im going to have to get a 51mm T/b off justin when I have some free dolla. See what you mean Re: fitting then. May be able to improve things on the gasket front.
Andy
Do you still have any of the 51mm gaskets in stock?
I'll take a water pipe gasket, a throttle body to inlet gasket and a throttle body to elbow gasket if you have any left.
Pm's sent to both the above.
Now have 51mm and 47mm in stock a plenty.
Hi can I get a throttle to elbow gasket, standard size and a throttle body to manifold gasket too please if you still have some available,
Cheers
Fred
Hi Fred,
Both in stock. I will pm you payment details.
Regards
Andy
I'll take one of each please!! 51mm btw!!
These are in stock I'll pm you payment deters.
Currently out of stock of t/b to inlet gaskets. all others a plenty.
any news on the throttle body to inlet gaskets al take two mate cheers
Right, I thought it about time I updated this thread with the gaskets I can offer for your OEM+ G40 induction applications.
First up is inlet to Throttle body gasket for a 3F (GT) inlet manifold. Looks like this on the 3F manifold.
Second option is what i believe to be a standard PY (G40) Inlet to Throttle body gasket. Looks like this on the 3F inlet manifold.
And lastly is what pete was mentioning regarding resticting flow. The inside diameter (ID) of the standard G40 Inlet to Throttle body gasket measures circa 48.5mm. Which means it will actually restrict flow if you are fitting a 51mm throttle body to the inlet. Not only this, but the inlet manifold itself will also need porting work. To allow for this I have had some gaskets cut from the standard PY pattern but "notched" to allow clearance for the larger ID of the 51mm Throttle body. This gasket will also act as a template for any porting work. I only have an illustration of this fitted to a 3F inlet manifold.
So you can see how much material needs removing to make the most of an oversize 51mm Throttle Body when fitted to a 3F inlet manifold.
I will update the original post in this thread in due course. These are all in stock aplenty.
Bump. I can now offer high quality direct fit M12 and M14 wheel studs for 4 and 5 stud VAG vehicles.
Am I right in thinking those studs are £4.75 each e.g. £76 for all corners?
Correct. £4.75 per stud, so £76 for a set of 16. I have amended the post to clarify.
I have now amended the price of the wheel studs. Can offer these at a reduced rate. see top of thread for details.
Can i order the inlet to throttle body gasket for 51mm also regarding them wheel bolts do you supply the nuts aswell? And would i still be able to run my locking wheel nuts if i ordered only 12? Cheers
Hi Gaz,
I can supply the gasket you require, I have this in stock.
Regarding the studs I can supply these individually at £3.75 or £45 for 12. I do not supply nuts for these. I have used auto imparts in Leighton buzzard for these in the past. They will supply taper or radius seat with a 19mm hex.
As regards to mix and matching I am no expert but the only consideration I can think of is the weight difference of one locking bolt verses a stud and nut affecting balance?
Do you accept paypal. Ill take two tb to inlet 51mm gaskets and two water pipe gaskets aswell please mate. Ye i understand what you mean with the balancing. If i was to buy a set of bolts would you sort me nuts out and ill pay extra?
Thanks gaz
I can accept payment with PayPal as long as the 4% surcharge is covered. I can supply the inlet gaskets, however I believe the water pipe gaskets are out of stock.
As regards the wheel nuts I could arrange to supply these, although will cost more due to additional postage costs.
Do you require taper or radius seat?
How long till the water pipe ones are in stock? Il check when i get home as the wheels are bbs rms which i havent used yet cheers
Can't say on the gasket availability. The guy that was cutting them for me has gone travelling for sometime. I need to see about an alternate supplier.
