Title: engine rebuild

Just a quick question as I'm strippin my spare bottom end. The crank bolt is solid any tips on undoing it I've tried long bar and my impact gun any more options?

bolt on a fly... bolt the old clutch plate on so its like a figure of 8.  Use that to stop it going round!

Cheers guys going to bring my blowlamp home from work tomoro and try. Also any tips on strippin bottom end shal I bag each individual cylinder up in there own bags?

if the sump is off, get some blocks of wood and put them between the crank and the block casing, this'll stop the whole lot rotating.
