i was having a browse in etka.  Would appear that they have the same part number.

1   030109101D
camshaft
/ PY,AAU,AAV, ACM, diesel eng.: 1W HZ,ACM

weird.  but means if you're ever stuck, its easier to find one

Nah- that's got to be an error, dizzle camshaft has fuel pump drive on? Or are the 1W pumps belt driven?

That's a VAG-Cat error...

AAV and PY are 100% different, I've got both in the garage.
