Title: Is this blown charger any good for spares?
Post by: Jake on March 16, 2012, 02:51:35 PM
Hi all, I've got an old standard charger that the internal timing belt snapped and blew a whole in the casing. I was wondering if there's any parts that could be used from it?
I'd of thought its dead but thought id check if it could be worth anything before I threw it away

Cheers
Jake

Drop PeteG40 a pm. I'm sure he might want it for spares when he does rebuilds.

maybe, everything except the casings, bearings and seals..

let's say, spindle, keyways, pulley, cogs, bolts, groove springs.

Any way I'll know without splitting it? How much are those bits worth?
