was thinking about trying to machine a multi v-belt set of pulleys like the g60 design instead of the toothed pulley kits so was wondering if anyone knows outside diameter of pulleys obviously charger 1 will be standard down to 65mm depending on how i want it to boost?
you can get multi vees from maxrpm.de tbh they still slip from my experience.
the crank and alternator ones will be same as stock, or thereabouts.
ok so not worth the hassle then no point if they still slip!! hmmm looks like toothed kit it is then didnt really want to fork out for it as im only lookin after g40 for my mate while he travelling round india but im gettin fed up with standard slipping all the time!!
you tried new belts as tight as possible and sticky belt dressing on the v belts?
yep done all that dont know if you remember but about a year ago me and my mate larry drove all the way up north to your house and to buy a charger rebuild kit? you showed us your kitchen full of charger parts in oven and fridge lol!!

You could knock up a toothed pulley kit if you got the dimensions of the pulleys. This was my plan(well, I was going to buy them individually through work), but when I finally bought some 2nd hand to measure I stuck them straight on 'temporarily' and never took them off ;D
