I presume the TCA bushes are the outer bushes and not a replacement for non rose jointed TCAs? These would be an upgrade from powerflex ones I take it?

Correct and correct, Andy ripped a set of Powerflex in the same position, and the superflex ones I had wore quite quickly, not had problems with the nylon ones.

I tore some superflex poly bushes on my ARB within a couple of weeks and it took about 4 months for harder ones to arrive. Wasn't impressed with them.

What are the rear axle bushes made from? Are they replacement standard or uprated?
