Post by: Richg40 on June 29, 2011, 01:57:17 PM
Let's say you wanted 1.5 bar which pulleys would you go for? What pressures are people running on theirs? Anyone just using a multi v-belt instead of toothies?

I'm running the 24 tooth pully and get around 20 psi boost. I tried a multy ribed belt but they is far too much slip I got through a belt every 30 miles cause it had to be so tight to stop slip it ran too hot and melted lol. I need a new charger pully if anyone knows where I might get one

from what i remember, there were 2 different charger pulleys - 24 tooth & 27 tooth. dimensions remain a mystery as i've sold my charger since.
