Title: Quick guide to clutch cable fitting

My haynes has disappeard somewhere but untill i pop to haynes itself to get a new one, does anyone have a guide of how to fit it?

I have a .pdf version of the Haynes manual (pics not too clear), I can e-mail it if you want.

undo clutch cable at box end....

undo at pedal end

tie piece of string to pedal end...

pull cable through in engine bay.

tie string to new cable... feed through!

So when you feed it through, the rubber square/semi-circle part with 2 metal plates either side, does that stay on the outside of cockpit?

new cable fitted and its 100 times better than the old one. no where near as stiff asthe old one.
