hay all bit of a daft one here, basically a lad i kinda no is selling a 4 branch manifold but it was fitted to a polo 6n ( 1.4l 8v )
will this fit my polo G40???

if the stud patten is the same im sure it will clear the charger ( with then intake warmer taken off )
any idea's if it the smae?

That's a fail... Why Wont it fit?? Wrong stud patters and spacing??

Stud pattern is the same but it more than likely won't be shaped to fit around the charger.

Do I need to worrie about that with me having an eaton charger?
depends on how close the eaton is to the original G charger. if its an awt kit you need to chop a section off the charger with a G40 4 branch - so i doubt it! - you will be able to see by having a look at how close you exhaust is now and the shape of the one your mate has for sale

It's a custom made kit and there seams to be a bit of room

The 6N manifold will foul the ARB. Look at the way the pipes runs on the Supersprint ones

My g40 I's I'n a 6n so that's why I didnt think it would foul it :/ I'll have a look if it dose today
so you're actually talking a g40 block with an eaton charger in a 6n? Well that's a totally different kettle of fish to whether this will fit in a "g40" (which I normally just assume means a mk3 polo with g-lader when people just say "g40")! I think there's only one real way of telling if it'll fit and that's to try it.

yes mate its a polo 6n ( mk4 ) with a G40 and eaton charger.... im going to just try it when i do the cam belt next weekend :)
