As above im just wondering what a g40 charger is worth more specifically a freshly rebuilt stage 4 charger with reciept.
I dunno if what im asking on forums is too much or whether its just that poeple dont often need a charger?

price has gone low these days as people think hmmmmm £350 rebuild.. .might as well put that towards a turbo conversion. last charger i bought was £100 and i rebuilt it myself for less than £200

I'm asking y. thac cos 350 pounds is app. 450â,¬ what is OK price for G40 charger cos G60 y. can buy for 550â,¬. New one fm store is 800â,¬.

new turbos k03 are approx £250 from £50 used
you can get chinese copy ones new or about £250 yeah, pretty sure genuine ones are more. But 2nd hand they are cheap. G40 chargers just aren't as sought after anymore, less cars and the cars are cheaper too so a lot of people who own them don't have or want to spend big money on chargers.
Chinese and turbo? No thanks. I hd oportunuty to look closely this turbo (k03 copy) fm China BUT it was broked - on the midle. Garrett play nd nothing more. Here in Croatia Garrett 25/54 turbo cost (new one) 550 pounds
^^ yeah I'd be wary of the quality of those chinese copies too. But still, you can easily get good 2nd hand KKK K03 turbos for £50 and upwards here in the UK.
If I found the right Passat in the local scrap yard I could prob. get them fo £5-10 a pop.
