Title: H&r suspension uk contact
Post by: dub-disaster on July 05, 2010, 08:14:33 PM
I'm looking for a uk contact of h&r suspension but can't seem to find one only found a german contact number, rang a few of there uk distributors no joy though any one know of any one who could point me in the right direction ?
Im ringing them as I took the springs of my coilovers ab re painted them as they started to corrode I recorded the measurement of the depth of the retaining nut that holds the spring down n have now lost the price of paper and want to know how far to wind down the nut that secures the top mount on top of the spring , if any one can shed some light on this I may not have to ring them .

if it's the nut I'm thinking about (holds the rubber top mount on) then just tighten it till it's tight on any suspension kit I've worked with on a polo

Yup that's the one it's round and got two notches init holds the rubber top mount on , as there coilovers I assume I just wind the adjusting rings all the way down to the bottom of the strut and then just tighten the nut until it tightens up on the top of the spring and is equal to the other strut so there even ?
