I assume you mean what;s the best wya of getting the snapped end out of the cam bearing cap?  If you are lucky then there'll be enough stud sticking out to get hold of it with some fine-nose pliers, it shouldn't be tight at all.  Otherwise, try pushing it round with a small screwdriver, I've managed this before.  Failing all else it'll need drilling out.  You might get somewhere with some eazi-outs, I tried once and got no where though.

If the pliers don't shift it, try cutting a slot in the stump and use a flat screw driver to get out.

And if you're going to drill it for an easy-out,don't be an arse like me; take the cap off.

What ever you do make sure you remove it from the head prior to drilling/cutting/grinding etc or you risk tappets and valve gear full of swarf, or make a bib outer a robust plastic bag or piece of rubber.
