Post by: Jezza-7 on March 13, 2010, 06:51:14 PM
Well i was putting on my new intercooler today and oil cooler kit and found that the charger to intercooler pipe had i big hole in it.

I have put it back on for now as i had just done an oil change and while my mate gave it a few revs you could feel the air coming out.

I had this exact same problem when it went to jabba for an upgrade. I had a brand new one fitted costing 83 quid i think a week later and i changed it due to the toothed pulleys i put on, so its lying around in my garage doing fuck all if your interested?

Brett.

Well today i replaced the boost pipe as i had to do some driving at weekend and before i took it off my car was reading 2 psi at 6000rpm in 3rd, this is what happened after around 300-400 miles of driving,

But now i got a silicone one on and the boost is healthy and running at 9/10psi!
