Title: Bore size in MM, 1341cc

Right just to confirm, as i plan to nip down to the local engine machine shop to ask about my rebore tomorow.  The 1341cc is 2mm bigger then standard g40 bore??  77mm bore?

take the pistons in with you so they get it right.

Yeah, the piston manufacturer should suppy you with what the clearances should be. Should be a pretty standard sorta thing though if not.

As Tommo says the manufactures should provide a clearance. I know that Accralites tend to have a larger clearance than others.

I havent ordered my pistons yet, waiting for next pay day!!!  should i wait and order them then get the rebore done to be safe or can i get away with rebore then order a set of 1341cc pistons???

no, get the pistons first.  Take them and the manufacturers spec sheet with you when you take the block in.
