Title: pulling to the left on acceleration
Post by: shaun_89 on February 26, 2010, 08:18:47 PM
My g40 is pulling to the left when i put my foot down in any gear. Its straight when cruising and braking, any idea what this could be?
thanks

could be the ARB moving about, have a look at the front ARB mounts and see if the bits of the bar to either side of the rubber bushes have been rubbed clean.  If so then replace the bushes.

The track control arm bush.
get a big lever and work the arm about, it shouldn't have excess movement even with the lever.

I've just got a G40 and have exactly the same problem but i'm lead to believe its just torque steering?

mine also does this and my suspention is all new. torque steer as n/s/f wheel is your main drive wheel unless you have proper diff. but there could also be bushes gone.
