went out today. polo has been lying for over a year un used.
i strt it once a month lt it warm up and so on.

today a went to take out chargr for new r1 replacment.
and behind the manifold a noticed something metal?
picked it u and there is a coreplug from top right handside ofthe block..

so wat now? can a hit it back in... do i need a new one

Best get a new one, I reckon if you put the old one back in it'll more than likely come out again. You never know, it may already be an old one that has been hit back in previously! You'll probably have to clean up the mating surface in the block first, if it's rusty.

new ones cost like 80p or something daft. Not even worth contemplating reusing an old one
