Title: Pulley Set up Eaton!

Hello, right, just bought myself an Eaton charger kit, with cam, PSD 1341cc chip, tappets and toothed belt and all the pulleys and tensioner, and the PSD ali bracket.

has anyone got a pic of the set up of the belt fully assmebled on the engine with the pulleys etc?? just tring to get my head round it atm.

i have an eaton set up but its a home brew kit so cant help you with the pully set up

Joel,

Ive got the charger off at the mo but its easy enough to route the belt. I could try and do you a bit of a diagram to show you now?

Also, if you have a PSD eaton kit, you want to check the pulley seals not leaking before you put it on as its £30 for 250ml of oil off ebay!

Belt runs to left of bottom tensioner, round pulley and then the top tensioner is adjusted to remove any slack. If theres still lots of slack, you'll need to adjust the bottom tensioner by undoing the bolt and adjusting it accordingly. I run a 1150mm belt btw.

I had a 1120 belt on originally pete but the one you sold me fits more snugly.

Ah ha, yes i remember now! This one fits more snugly than the diesel cambelt that was on there anyway!
