This is a custom build and not an off the shelf item

The Manifold :

Is a fully hand built TIG welded stainless  4-2-1 manifold designed for a high torque spread accross the rev range.

The manifold is designed to fit the 16v AFH engine into a MK1 , MK2 , MK3 conversion.

Provision has also been made in the design to accomodate a G40/G60 Supercharger if are crazy for power!

This alone cost me over £500 + VAT and has covered 1500 miles  maxmum from new.

The Exhaust system:

Is a powerflow 2.25 inch stainless steel system  with a 2.5 inch bore tailpipe

This has a slim middle silencer and a large back box.. the sound this makes is awesome, not boomy by any means , it sounds very conservative but indicates  aggression!

This cost me £330
Again ths has covered 1500 max however it requires an exhaust hanger to be re welded on the backbox.(http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2721/4373323310_df7bc80ff9.jpg)
Otherwise in great shape.

Obviously both exhaust and manifold are paired up , but these can be seperated and sold individually.

So £350 ono takes both . as i need he space. bargin for somebody

The system will fit a G40 but will require a smaller flexy head or a step down converter.

The manifold is 16v specific.
