Title: G40 kangarooing
Post by: blower1978 on November 16, 2009, 09:29:47 PM
Hi, wonder if anyone can help?
Have had problems with kangarooing at a constant speed, have good compressions, have replaced the dizzy, coil, leads, plugs, throttle sensor and blue temp sender!!! all genuine vw parts. Anyone got any ideas, lambda?
Have all the old school local vw techs baffled.
Cheers

having the same problem mate, changed all the same things aswel as the lambda, all earth points, fuel/ecu relays checked an cleaned all contacts/plugs, checked co pot still no change.
i'm waiting on an ecu as i'm suspecting the map sensor as it only jumps after its been on boost then is driven at constant 2k rpm (ish) i feel your pain its so frustrating.
i'll let you know how it goes, good luck
