Who made them? PSD? Jabba? German ebay?

These are the Hardcore early type-hence the price(well worth the extra-wont wear out in 10-15k)
made in England for PSD by Pace Products

Have covered under 10k

Pulley size 65mm

right- spotted some damage on one of the pulleys so have swapped it
