Title: refitting boost return system
Post by: g40chris on October 21, 2009, 09:53:06 PM
im thinking of refitting the boost return pipes, i cant remember what pipes go where. obviously the pipe comes off the charger to the rocker cover, a pipe comes off other side of rocker cover into throttle body. i know this pipe tees off but does it tee off to the breather at back of engine. anything else need connecting up.

i think im missing the pipe off the throttle body to the rocker cover, anyone have one laying around

the breather hose is part of the boost pipe that goes from the throttle body to the pass through on the rocker cover.

so the pipe comes out the back of the engine block at the breather dome and goes into an oil seperator and then joins on the side of the pipe from the throttle body through the rocker cover

if this is the case does anyone have one of these pipes

right i have linked this back up now.

got elboe coming off throttle body into rocker cover, i got a smaller pipe going into the side of this which goes into an oil seperator and this has a pipe out the other side going to the oil breather at back of block.

have i set this up correctly, if not is there anything i have done wrong here
