Nice one Lance, went to local scrappy today and there wer the mk4 ones with part number ending in AB for £20 wich are supposed to be ok on a GT but would rather have the correct one.

I have a spare AB dizzy i got off a mk3 golf. Works fine on my G40 and as said, difference to a 'T' code stock dizzy is cosmetic.

i have a g40 dizzy housing, no spindle tho, so you could stick the ab one in and your sorted
