Title: Timing G40 charger
Post by: randombadger69 on October 05, 2009, 08:20:45 AM
Hello,

Im currently in the process of stripping a spare G-lader. Im now at the stage where the belt need to come off in order to get to the main bearings. My question is, there are two arrows on the timing pulleys, is there a particular way of timing them back up when it comes to it? Or is it line them up as best as poss and rotate?

i just line them up facing north, either that or mark the pulleys and casing to be sure.

Cool, makes sense, just use the woodruff keys.. or arrows.
