Looks like his hand, but I think its probably the piston. If you looks at how it bounces on the floor, I would think a hand in a leather glove wouldnt bounce. He puls his arm away too quick for you to see properly though.

if you read the comments under the video it seems it hit him in the chest and he died as a result of it  :o
