For sale is a Kent Cams Vernier pulley
I had this custom made by kent cams , and used this to fine tune my car to get the best spread of power.
I dont think Kent cams make these off the shelf and It cost me roughly £130. This worked wonders on my car and gained me roughly 7-10 hp top end by swinging the wheel.
This is an authentic lightweight Alloy type pulley and not a machined down mild steel standard pulley
Unfortunately the thread on 1 nut is rounded ,3 torque up tight. I used this fine like this since I owned my G40. but if you're a prefectionist you could dab some weld on the back and or tap the thread.

robin has even sent me an email with the same "uber lol" message in from his work email!
You can always get a LOL back when on the rollers Paul.
not if I don't get a vernier to sort out my cam timing first ;) I'll guess I'll just have to put my hand in my pocket.
I'll get a LOL at the weekend when I see rocket and kill him.
phil has some sort of one for sale.
it's a square tooth one though as far as I'm aware, so no good as mine (as most g40s do) have the round tooth profile.
LOL again
I'll be in the cave again tonight looking for stuff to flog , still lots to go through!
Hayesey- Liam found 6 of our original ones, he should be at edition, will sort you one out.
Plus it looks better than Robin's.

Hardly anything between the two cars to be honest Nick, would say it all depends on the final map, but being as Andy's doing them both it's down to BVH 1272cc and 1341cc stock head... should be interesting!
Oooh....can i have one please pete??!?? :-D :-D

I thought those got lost in the post? ???
They did- until we claimed against Fastway for £2500.
Surprisingly they soon got found, although 2 where lost, and out of the 6 there's about 3 that don't need re-doing, the rest have been badly damaged :(
what happend to them? have they paid out for damaged ones? i got a trigger wheel ages ago that came with bent teeth and got more than i paid for it back from parcel force.
Lance- seems they got left in a wet corner of a warehouse to rot... The box was almost none existent!
It's taken about 9 months since entering the rebate claim for loss of earnings/reputation and the actual cost of materials, labour and parts etc to even get recognised.
Unfortunately Fastway (our old courier and our machine shops courier) don't insure for a fixed value, so you have to prove what they're worth, which is slightly hard with custom one off parts!
In the end the claim was recognised, and before they paid out they said 'we'll have on last look' suffice to say they found them, for the sake of a few hundred quid I can't be arsed to claim for the lost/damaged items (which is sad) as it will take months to get anything back.
Once we've sold all these exhaust manifolds we'll have some capital to get another batch underway (material is already in), just hard for a small business to take a big financial hit.
We no longer use fastway, and neither does our machine shop!
got me vernier today cheers Karl!
No problem
