Went to my local VW dealer yesterday to order a new panel, only to be told they are now obsolete.... and that there are none left in stock!!

Can anyone confirm this?

OR

Does anyone have a straight rust free one going spare?

Surprised at that, I renewed mine in April and only waited four days for delivery. Worthwhile belling anopther dealer.

Yeah I'm gonna try, their system said it went obsolete at the start of may :(

it's available from pattern parts manufacturers such as hadrians. I think GSF and/or Euros list it even.
