Title: Core plugs

As above really ive got all the parts to rebuild my bottom end should i replace these aswell as its all out or not replace them.

for how much they are surely its worth doing i got mine from vw and there werent expensive and while you there you may as well

They aren't expensive, but they are very difficult to remove. Forget what haynes says you will never get them out that way. You need to punch & chisel them out. If you can grind the sealing lip thin, then chisel is away from the block then work around the lip.

I reckon if they are not leaking or look like they might start leaking sometime soon then don't disturb them.

Theres no sign of them leaking i think i will leave them.
