Only the 2nd day of driving the G and its fucked. On the way to Taunton last night just cruising at 80mph all the way pulled in to Taunton and the gearbox went pop.
The gearbox was only rebuilt around 10k by JP race ffs.
now im gona have to use my gearbox from a 1.3spi.
How much different is this box to the atv g40 box?
And this is how it treats me when i just installed a nice new roll cage bitch.
they are useable... i didnt find it too bad.

NO m8. when i was on the motorway it did pop out of 5th a few times any ideas? not had a chance to look at it but it will select gears but you cant drive it(lots of grinding noises) and it will not select neutral.
did you check the oil levels? sounds like it was terribly low
No i didn't. I thought the levels would be fine as the gearbox and engine come out of a running G.
i had not indication of a problem the box was shifting fine no noises then suddenly it went there are no cracks in the casing. I had probably only been driving the car for 25mins at a steady speed as i cant go faster than 80mph or my temp sunroof will come out.
