Title: (bring back) black Texture on upper part of bumpers
Post by: mstar on June 11, 2009, 10:22:43 PM
may be handy for if you want to bring back the texture on the upper black part of the bumpers
The company is called Innotec, the product is: REPAPLAST STRUCTURE COAT
See link: http://www.innotec-world.com/productcatalog.aspx?page=catalog&action=showproduct&product=1822&RD3ID=33&group=2&lang=EN

Or: http://www.innotec-automotive.nl and then catologus >> Primers / Coatings / Verf / Lakken and choose your language on the bottom.
Or: http://www.innotec-world.com/info.aspx

I just saw it tonight where it was used on a nicely re-painted Polo Genesis and looks pretty good.

Yes the results Pete has had with it are awesome. Looks very good. Can make all the difference to a car not having grey faded trim and having nice shiny black instead!

have done some experiments with this methode as well on other then car plastic parts, but is tricky do and not to burn the surface.

Hot air/paint stripper gun does a good job on faded plastic trim.
