Title: safest way to remove arch trim rivets?

removing arch trim rivets?  how does one go about it carefully?  thanks.

I just drill the centres of them out and then prise them out with a big blunt screwdriver.  I've never done any damage...

I've never drilled them, just a pop the center out with a small punch or similar, then lever them out with a screwdriver.  recover the plasticpin/plug that you've knocked out and use it again :D

he doesnt mean the bumper plugs - he means the metal rivets in the trim -Gspot is right for the arch to bumper plugs - hayesey is right for the metal rivets

oh yeah i know about those ones, it was just the metal rivets i wasnt too sure of.
