Title: Throttle Pos Sensor for Omex
Post by: UJA on May 25, 2016, 03:20:03 PM
I now understand the G40 doesn't have a TPS / Potentiometer but am I right in thinking the GT throttle body does? Im trying to work out what I need to get for fitting Omex mgmt. If the GT would work, this surely would be the easiest route to go?

Does anyone know any details on this? Racking my brain at the moment.

Many Thanks

Gary

Need to keep the BRV then, if you open up the side of the throttle body, you can see the spindle, probably graft something on there.

Yeah I thought about taking that end plate off and seeing what I have to play with, sounds doable. Been trying to work out whether I can mate the BRV to the top of a GT TB, would be well handy if I could use the G40 TB. I'll get on it. Cheers mate.
