G60 Blower onto a standard G40 block and head

Has this been done?

what are the pitfalls i.e is the bottom end strong enough to cope etc

The Beauty of the G60 is that one could run a larger pulley and thereby keep same boost as G40 but with less stress.
Not sure you can fit G60 with G40 mount or intercooler

Problem is that the G40 gains revs much faster than the "layzy" G60, causing the chargers scroll walls to flex. With a smaller pulley it is even worse. You can't go much smaller on the pulley either before you end up with more boost than the Map-sensor can read
