I'm guessing they are 1w specific custom made Pistons? Do you know what the copression ratio would be with these Pistons? I'm guessing they will be made the same CR as g40 accralite's?

Yes 1w specific. Not sure on CR, I will have a look at the box ??? 8)

Accralite's are normally 9:1
