G60 Supercharger ported with G40 conversion bracket , inlet and Raylle outlet and 65mm PSD phase 1 toothed pulley
This is fully working , removed from my weekend Polo some time ago , the rebuild has about 1000 miles on it operated as it should be.
This was a PSD development charger that had been ported out to the max ( the casing has some metal putty on some aspects as a result) and repaired . The charger had been maintained with PTFE spray which is the black stuff inside the inlet and exhaust .
Just to note , I remember the scroll had a small amount of damage this found when this was being rebuilt , but I was told that was ok . However produced lots of boost and in excess of 250hp on the dyno and enough torque to give your gearbox a hard time.
There's pretty much everything here to drop straight into a polo for cheap fun , this was removed in favour of a turbo , however the supercharger made a much faster / flexible street engine , plenty of G-smlies were had with this!
The charger bracket isnt the best , however functional with some nurturing
In a nutshell , a perfect charger for someone who wants to convert to G60
