After a bit of thinking i am deciding that after putting my engine into my new shell i would like to make my G40 completely standard and sell it on as a complete car, not a rolling shell as planned.
I will be after quite a few parts and i will update this with that i need as i do have a fair few parts already.
The bigger parts i need to track down are:
Engine, ideally fully working and no issues
Supercharger
Camshaft (if not with engine)
Manifold, downpipe with cat and exhaust system
ECU
Wiring loom
Standard pulleys
Engine/g lader mount
ARB
G40 inlet
G40 injectors and possibly fuel rail
Co-pot
Air box
All the boost pipes incl return pipes
Standard intercooler
All the water pipes
Orange side repeaters and indicators
Standard rear lights
Possibly front lights
Might get foggies if not too expensive
Rear seats only
Parcel shelf
Standard suspension
Standard brakes
Steering damper
G40 steering wheel
Possibly driveshafts
G40 13" BBS alloys
Alternator
Think thats it till i look in the garage of what i actually have.
Im in no rush to get these parts as its going to be a slow project for me once i have done my engine swap.
For future interest in the whole car, it does need a respray but its still a good solid car and i'd be looking to sell in the region of £3000 ono depending on the condition of parts i have to get. The private plate will not be included but can at extra cost.

Possibly mate. Talking to a few people about an engine. Just need to see if they have camshafts fitted.
I have a full g40 exhaust, all VW stamped aswell.
Nowthen Chap, got a standard G40 cam here (reportedly from a low miler as the rest of my engine) should you need it. In Manchester too.
