7 years ago it's g8 to be back behind

So my new G has a custom exhuast on but it sounds
So bad. I like it loud but it's well bad. And I want the
Plastic zip tie hanger sorting out haha custom hay lol
It's straight though. So maybe I need a mid box? (Small one)
Has a big twin back box maybe a smaller one?
It's make a really bad droning noise @ some speeds
It's messing with the driving of it.
It's 2 and a half inch. Pipe the exhuast makers
Are telling me to put 2 and a quarter on?
Is he just selling me his pipe haha.
So would like to know what's the best size
To go with.
What's on yours?
I want to best for the car.

2 1/4 is about right imo, I'm aiming for 180-190 bhp and I'm going for the same so i guess it all depends on what you have/ aiming for? Its only a 1.3 at the end of the day. As for silencer a mid box would be a good idea, guys with turbo's can get away with 1 because turbo'd cars tend to be a bit quiter due to the nature of the setup. I'd add in a centre box first then mess around with the rear box if you're still not happy.
Also a good tip when I'm looking to make something custom I normally go to a local exhaust fitter, they've normally got loads waiting to be scrapped going for free/a drink.
This is my opinion and I'm sure others will have different views... hey if we all agreed the same thing life would be boring

And a big vale head.
It use to have a cam in it as well but only made
149bhp at jabber I think it souls have made more
So maybe to big an exhaust is putting the power down
