Got my eaton charger kit now up for sael.
come with PSD camshaft, PSD chip, PSD bottom pulley, new belt, toothed pulley for the alternator, tensioner pulley, charger and engine mount bracket, some boost piping, and tappets for the cylinder head.
I have never had this running, but was told by the previous owner that it pulling hard and well.

Uprated intercooler, off the top of my head the measurements are 65mm deep x 550mm wide.

How much boost does the eaton kick out?
Not any entirely relevant question without knowing spec. of car it is on and where the boost gauge is located.
Not 100% sure on below values but best I can find:
G40: 566ccm³ per rotation
Eaton: 737ccm³ per rotation
G40: 10,000-13,000 RPM depending on pulley
Eaton: 14,000 RPM
So you can see Eaton can pump more volume per rotation and also can handle more RPM. So without looking into efficiency and other factors you can see the Eaton figures look like it's capable of pumping a lot more air...

I dont know if it helps at all but I have a stock engine with an eaton with standar pulley, 6n pullies for crank and alternator and I am seeing 1,2bar at rev limit. With standar ecu chip I was dynoed at 143hp at the crank.
